Every player needs at least one special skill whether it be shooting, rebounding, defending, etc. to make them a great role player. The best players are those who can play multiple positions/roles and they are invaluable to a team.
One impact player in any program can make a significant difference, but it's the players around her that compliment her game and make a team great.
