In the world of sports, there is one thing that some athletes just can’t understand. The team with the best overall talent doesn’t automatically win a championship. It just doesn't happen that way, and the history is there to prove it -- in every sport.
If everything necessary to win a championship was measured by talent alone, then it would be real easy to predict the champion each year, but everything isn’t measured by talent alone. There is however, one thing that goes beyond talent, something that is immeasurable for all sports teams, and that is team chemistry.
To win a championship, it takes 12 athletes sacrificing their personal goals and doing what is best for the team at all times... both on and off the court.
