The most discreet and gentle way of showing your poise (and telling the opposing fans to shut up) is by remaining calm at the free throw line and confidently sinking both shots. Now, while we're at the FT line, we all know to box out. But one thing I have noticed during the scrimmages is that not very many of you are doing so on every shot (not at the FT line).
Defense is our #1 priority and rebounding is a close #2.
