I just came across one of the best ball handling workouts I've ever seen.  It's from a camp and the ball handling workout also serves as the dynamic stretching to begin each days practice.  It's a long video [1 hour], but if you'll spend just five minutes watching it, you'll see some great drills we can utilize to sharpen our BH skills.  Click on the link and enjoy.
