"Nobody on this team missed a day this summer. We decided as a team it was going to be that way, and if you did miss, there were going to be consequences nobody wanted to face. That comes from having a man like coach Saban as your coach. He demands the best out of you. At first, it was hard. He had a couple ways of doing things that I'd never experienced in my life, but I bought in. We all bought in, and it's become addictive."
Teams that go on to become champions, have a habit of doing things that other teams don’t like to do.
