In the eight or nine year history of the girl’s basketball program at Covenant, there have only been three girls that were able to break the 1,000 point barrier.
The first was a 6’1” center playing on the varsity squad since 8th grade. The second was a 5’9” phenom that started her varsity career in the 6th grade by replacing a senior at the point guard position.
And the last was a 5’6” sophomore transfer that worked hard and played harder. She accomplished it in a much shorter time-frame than either of the previous two. We’re proud of you Haley!
