BUILDING CONSISTENCY

All players, especially the team leaders, should understand that practicing under game-like conditions (speed, shots, etc.) is sometimes more important than ‘what you practice.’

Because if a team isn’t consistent in the way they work, then it’s going to change with each day depending on how they feel. If you want to build consistency that remains constant in games, it starts with consistency in practices.

If your two-hour practice is hard, then four quarters of a game will be easy. 100% effort in everything you do will never let you down.
