The Lady Lions low post weapon this season will be Sophomore Rachel Phelps. Not only is Rachel a solid defensive presence on the court, but she has the handles to go coast-to-coast when necessary.
In addition to being selected to the NACA All-Tournament team in her rookie season (as a mere 8th grader), she finished her freshman season ranked 7th on the Covenant all-time school rebound list.
