OWNERSHIP OF YOUR GAME

Ultimately, your performance must be yours and yours alone.  You cannot assume or expect that others are responsible for your performance.  You must take ownership and accept the responsibility for those things you are capable of doing... and more importantly, for those things which you are not yet capable of doing.

“It is the capacity to develop and improve their skills that distinguishes leaders from followers.”

~Warren Bennis
