Ultimately, your performance must be yours and yours alone. You cannot assume or expect that others are responsible for your performance. You must take ownership and accept the responsibility for those things you are capable of doing... and more importantly, for those things which you are not yet capable of doing.

I started this Blog a few years ago to toss out some nuggets of wisdom (from other coaches & writers across the web) to the ballers in our small high school in hopes of inspiring a few of them to reach for the next level.
