This weekends disappointing loss in the Regional Tournament, to a team we have beaten twice this season by a combined 32 points, can be attributed to several factors, yet the most obvious one was a complete lack of focus on why we were there... to win.We used to have a saying a few seasons back..."where we go one - we go all" and it served as a reminder that the most powerful weapon a team can have is great chemistry. When we place our personal desires ahead of the team, we diminish what we have worked so hard to build and maintain.
The standards we set for ourselves (as a team) is what ultimately defines who we are... and what we are willing to accept as a result.

I see 7 lady lions in this photo. A couple years ago, you would have seen 10 if there were 10 on the team. They wouldn't be with their boyfriends or hanging out with the other team, especially, since this is a regional tournament. Ya'll even had a girl who had just had surgery sitting with the team. It's ridiculous that 3 others chose not to sit with their fellow lady lions.
