Earlier today I posted an entry on the difference between "involvement" vs "commitment" and it just so happened that Rachel didn't have a chance to read it, but she was the perfect example of what the entry meant.She was up at 5:30 AM this morning to travel to a softball tournament where she played three games today. Then traveled back to PC with just enough time to run by her house and grab her shorts & shoes and get to the gym where she worked out with a handful of us from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
