Any time you are within your shooting range and have a defender on you, there are numerous techniques that good players use to create a little more space for a better look at the basket. The video below is a great example of one technique that Haley has been working on this week during our shooting practices. It is a very simple move to use and it is extremely effective for creating that extra space to get your shot off.
